THE START
The Circus has been a mainstay of the Bath restaurant scene for over 15 years now. Family run by the Golden family until 2021, when the restaurant was taken on by then Head Chef Matthew Lisanti. Our focus here, as it always as been, is creating seasonal dishes of the highest quality, using locally sourced produce from trusted suppliers. Our food is served in a welcoming and relaxed environment, both for our strong local following, and for those visiting the city looking for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience in our beautiful city.
